itunes match and siri on homepod mini

I am having issues with new songs added to my iTunes Match iCloud account. They are matched and put in iCloud and I can see and play them on my iPhone and iPad but when I ask Siri on my new homepod minis it says Apple Music can't play that song. However the songs has no problem playing when asking Siri on my oringinal Homepods.

However Siri on my HomePod minis will play my playlists and any songs I have added previously before this week.

FYI I have issues with this paired HomePod minis and usual have to reset them at least every other week. I am trying not to do this and hopefully wanting to see if there is another fix.

Any thoughts on this?

Thanks

I tried logging out and logging back into my iCloud account but it still says Apple Music can not play it. I also restarted the pair twice.

the audio format is the same as all my other songs in my iTunes library. When I import I use apple’s aac encoder.

Like I said the songs will play through the cloud using Siri on my large Homepods and I checked a new HomePod mini in the kitchen I setup today. Only the paired minis in the bedroom has a problem as usual.

I have talked to support about this pair before. At least once or twice a month it will tell me I have no home automation accessories setup up and I have to reset back to factory settings to get them working. Again the main HomePods in my living room never has a problem.

this pair is driving me crazy having to reset them monthly.

thanks
