TEXT IN SAFARI IS ALL FUNNY

My texts are not appearing on SAFARI. i thought this was a text encoding issue. but i trying change all the encording text and still this problem does not go away.. it happens on a number of website.

PLEASE HELP

1. Startup in Safe Mode. https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/start-up-your-mac-in-safe-mode-mh21245/mac.
