Low and Noisy Voice memo and WhatsApp voice notes

Please, I really need help with this, my voice memo sounds very low after recording and my WhatsApp voice notes sounds same as the voice memo on my iPhone 11 Pro max but when I call other people with the same phone the hear me clearly and when I do a video and speak while videoing, I hear myself clearly when I watch it, I’m confused.

I have done everything I could to solve the problem all to no avail, I restarted my iPhone 11 Pro Max yesterday hoping that would solve it but it didn’t. Please help,

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
