I did. She said to charge it for 30 mins, unplug the Apple TV and then it should pair with new Siri Remote. The Youtube they sent me from Apple Support is worthless and has iPads, iPhones, and my iMac. But was sent the link to channel for help with this remote. So much for contacting Apple Support.
