Hi! I had the same problem, I had to factory reset my phone then after I set it back up I force reset it by pressing the volume up, releasing, volume down releasing, and then holding the side button until the apple logo came up and that worked!

Sorry there was no success from the article.

Might be best to contact Apple and have the iPhone checked.
