Big Sur upgrade

I have a 2020 MBP that came with OIS Catalina 10.15.7. Have been reluctant to upgrade to Big Sur. Has Apple fixed the problems that customers reported when Big Sur became available?

I have been running Big Sur on a 2020 MBP since the day that Big Sur was originally released with no problems. It is currently on version 11.4 of Big Sur and still no problems.

I bit the bullet and upgraded from Catalina to Big Sur. It took a good half hour but so far, so good. I actually like most of the cosmetic changes. Everything seems to be running faster and smoother. Let's hope it remains that way.
