2020 iPad Pro 11" Screen won’t dim/timeout. I have it set for 2 minutes. I’ve toggled with the auto brightness setting. No luck. I’m running 14.6. I’ve done 3 factory resets this month to also try to fix an iCloud photo issue (different issue - still unresolved). Needless to say, I’ve had more issues and stability problems with this iPad than any other I’ve owned. Unacceptable would be an understatement.

Time to search online for your nearest, “local” Apple store location and call to make an appointment to have your Apple iPad diagnosed and options presented you.
Failing that,
You need to contact Apple support via the contact support link located at the upper right hand corner of every Webpage of these Apple support communities.
