i got locked out of iPhone 11. Idk what happened. Unable to reset Apple password through all processes. Talked to Apple. It will be a few days til I should gain access through them hopefully. I have another iPhone 11 that I have had to create another Apple ID and password. I don’t care about the data on phones. I just want access. Started to transfer new ID and data to old, locked phone but stopped because scared of being locked out of both phones somehow. But it may tell me it can’t. Dunno if I should try or not.

If I am understanding you correctly, before you can use the new ID on the phone that you the lost the password to, you need to be able to sign out of the old ID , which requires the password.
