Flash not working
My flash is not working. Why did that happen?

My flash is not working. Why did that happen?
iPhone XS Max, iOS 13
That happened because either there is a software issue with your iPhone XS Max or there is a hardware issue where the flash has failed.
1) Ensure that the Flash is set to ON. Open the Camera app and then inspect the Flash Symbol at the Top Left. Does it have a Line across it? If YES then the Flash is set to OFF. Tap on it and activate the Flash.
2) If the above does not resolve the issue, thenyou can Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
3) If the above still does not resolve the issue, then you can have your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center for hardware diagnosis and resolution.
