Can't edit Payment and Shipping details

My credit card got damaged and I cancelled it. then I got this message on Settings to "Update Payment details". When I click on it, it takes me to "Payment and Shipping". Problem is that the "Edit" button is greyed out and I cannot enter my new card details. It is driving me insane! Any

help?
