try these steps
Open settings, then click iTunes & App Store tap on Apple ID and sign out. Wait about 10-20 seconds and sign in again with your Apple ID account. You also may try open settings then iTunes & App Storethen tap on Apple ID and sign out.
Thanks for the tip, but this does not work for me, as I cannot find the path to iTunes & App Store from the settings on the MacBook...
