As you can see, there's only 2 section in my iTunes app and the other 3 is missing. It happened out of nowhere. I already tried to reinstall the app but it doesn't seem to help. If you know how to restore it back, please kindly tell me what should I do. Thank you very much.

Hi guys, I finally figured it out and solved the problem. No need to be worried about this issue anymore.
And for you who have the same issue, the problem is that you accidentally made a restrictions for not showing Apple Music on the iTunes app. To bring it back, you just need to uncheck the settings in Edit > Preferences > Restrictions
