Can you add longitude and latitude to a iPad/iOS Calendar event?

This question is posted so I can answer a previous, closed query, but I really did have this question. Here’s the answer:

https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/featuredarticles/iPhoneURLScheme_Reference/MapLinks/MapLinks.html

For example: http://maps.apple.com/?ll=43.237655,-79.884122

Please note that there is virtually no use for anything other than the ‘ll’ query in this context. If you’re not sure what I’m up to, just copy, and paste the query above, substituting your own longitude, latitude parameters.

Yes; you just paste the URL into the Apple calendar location field. Try it.

By the way, the use case for this is to input a specific location which does not have a street address. In this instance it’s a location on a college campus, which can be driven to, and has a name, but is not a municipal address.
