Hello amol316.
Apple Support Communities is a great place for help! It sounds as though you would like for a specific website to not show in Screen Time on your iPhone. With Screen Time you can notice some websites appear versus the app being used to visit the website or the content associated to the site. There isn’t a specific way to remove the content that appears in Screen Time, but you can manage the access to the content as outlined in the following article.
Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you would like to provide feedback about Screen Time to Apple you can do so via the Product Feedback website.
Take care!
