Unexplained purchases

I have been billed by Apple for purchases that do not appear in my purchase history and which seem to be on a recurring cycle. How can I request a refund when they don't appear in my history?

If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support


If you still can't find out what made the charges,

Contact apple by the link in that article.
