Who to complain to
I had to have an iPad 6th generation replaced in March because it kept crashing, since then I have received three bad new iPads 6th generation, since then. They keep replacing my iPad with a 6th generation iPad won't let me upgrade. I've been in touch with several senior advisors who said they would call me back and they haven't. And now they've lost my case ID
