Shortcut still working after being deleted

I set up a shortcut a few days ago which was to flash my flashlight 5 times after one of my friends text me, but after 10 minutes I realized my flashlight went off for every notification I got, so I got rid of the shortcut. but after getting rid of the shortcut it still worked, so I checked the shortcuts app and there were no shortcuts. If anyone knows the solution please let me know.

Things Ive already tried

-Restarting my phone

-Uninstalling and reinstalling the shortcuts app

-Turned off all notifications from shortcuts

-Turned cloud sync for shortcuts on and off

lucksvkk ~ Perhaps you created an automation? ...Open the Shortcuts app and tap the Automation tab at the bottom.

To post an image next time...

At the bottom of the Reply window:

• On iOS, tap the Camera icon.

• On Mac, there's a toolbar – tap on the Insert Image icon there.

I don't have a solution to the strange, phantom automation – I can only point you to a couple of further support options. Be sure to say that you created a "shortcut automation"...
