When you’re trying to add your Apple Watch to your iPhone, the older iPhone forgets the device and Apple Watch has the ability to connect to only one device.
It can’t be connected to more than one iPhone because Apple Watch is going to show you an iPhone’s notification.

You need to remove the watch from your old phone,you can only pair a watch to 1 phone.
Did you unpair it from your old phone?.
Pair a watch with a new phone.
Start at the section "If you don't have your old phone or have erased it".
I’m having trouble getting my Apple Watch connected
so when I get to the part where I have to agree to the terms I press agree and it doesn’t go anywhere.. it like freezes

Yes I have reset the watch list 3 times to the factor settings..and tried it that way.. I’m not sure why this is happening
