"Works and movement" disabled for an Album on mac - but shows as grouped on iphone.

I have the 3 disc collected reworks by Foals, purchased from iTunes and on my Macbook I have set this to NOT group by "Works and Movement" however when my iPhone 12 is synced the album is showing as "works and movement" so all the tracks are Vol1, vol2, vol3 for each track on the corresponding disc.

There is no way to change this on the phone and macbook does not update this when synced.

How can I set this correctly on the iPhone, currently it is not really usable as I do not know which track I am looking for.
