Iphone storage full mistake

Hi!! I got my Iphone 11 July of 2021. Ever since Ive gotten it, the “Iphone storage full” has always been an on and off problem. Recently, for the past few months it will not go away. It says that apps are taking up the most storage. I have 64GB and it says 63.6GB are being used. I have 200GB of icloud storage available as well. I only have 293 pics, and vids combined, so i don’t see the problem there. I only have 31 apps, which not one is even using a single GB of storage, so something doesn’t add up. I am up to date with the latest software updates as well. Ive tried deleting and clearing things, and that didn’t do a thing. The past few days, my phone has been glitching in and out of apps, messages wont go through, and it will randomly power off. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with this, and I would really love some help!!!
