Need to accept calls from jail?

I am unable to receive calls from a third party or a Local Jail ? I need to have access for my son to call me from jail. Thank You for any help.

What happens when someone tries to call you? What did the staff at the jail say about this?

I have checked with my provider and they tell me it is not them and have checked to make sure I had no blocks on my number etc., I will check with the jail today. Thanks, If anyone has any other ideas or solutions could you please let me know, I really need any help I can get.
