Greetings - I redeemed a digital code for Apocalypse Now Final Cut on iTunes (via MovieRedeem.com), which was supposed to include two additional versions of the movie (the original 1979 version and Redux) - However, only the Final Cut version shows in iTunes. I remember having a similar issue when I redeemed another code for this movie to Vudu. Is this an iTunes issue or Lionsgate issue?
Lionsgate support advised the other two versions of the movie could be found in the “Extras” option once selected within iTunes movies. I didn’t consider this before because redemption on Vudu redeems as three separate movies.

I'd actually start with Lionsgate as they are making the offer. It's possible the offer is incorrect.

I sent a support request to Lionsgate. The offer is correct, however. As mentioned, I had a similar issue when I had another code for this about a year ago (same 3 movie offer) and only one of the movies redeemed via Vudu. I got it resolved - just can’t remember if Vudu or Lionsgate fixed it. I’d wager this has been an issue for many.
Once I get a response, I’ll post it.
Thanks for the info - but what category do I select for this issue? I tried selecting what I thought was most relevant to this issue, but was led to an unrelated section. I appreciate the assist.
