Safari Crashes EBAY, AMAZON, and my Chase Banking

Yes the problem is related to JAVA and the problem started around August

Yes the problem goes away with Chrome. and another person said it worked with FireFox

Problem is that Chrome, even when allowed access to my keychain, does not log on automatically and I have to manually track down the passwords and such.
Safari is the problem. I'm on Mojave OS and need my older MacBook for work with many USB connections
