modem mode

Hello. The modem mode does not work on my iPhone. The mobile operator's support team sent to you. (ios version 14.6). Thank you in advance for your help

FYI - The HotSpot feature (Modem Mode) is provided and managed by your carrier.


What you can do is Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF). 


If the above does not resolve the issue then contact your carrier again and have them reset your account.
