How is a random Apple ID using my credit card for purchases

I have unrecognized credit card charge for the 2nd time - no under my Apple ID or any of my family sharing accounts.

Unknown credit card? I have an unknown MadterCard registered in my apple account. Every time I try to pay for a song, it asks me for a verification code of the unknown MasterCard. It says that its because of family sharing, but no one in my family uses or owns a MasterCard! What is happening? How do I delete this card? If my credit card was compromised and I have an occurring apple charge on it, how do I connect with Apple to let them know before it is automatically charged on the card which has been canceled. How May I get help about an account on my apple when I need to change it?
