I have an unknown MadterCard registered in my apple account. Every time I try to pay for a song, it asks me for a verification code of the unknown MasterCard. It says that its because of family sharing, but no one in my family uses or owns a MasterCard! What is happening? How do I delete this card? I have money in my apple account from a gift card, shouldn’t I just be able to use that? And also, o have already changed my iCloud password

It sounds like you are being prompted to verify an unknown credit card when you attempt to make a purchase. Despite getting a prompt that that behavior is related to Family Sharing, the family organizer doesn’t use that type of credit card. Did we get that right?
If so, has the family organizer already verified and updated their payment details per the steps in Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods?
Should that still persist after taking those steps, the family organizer would want to contact Apple Support to get further assistance with that billing issue: Contact - Official Apple Support
Those steps should put you on the path to getting that addressed.
