My iPhone 11 Pro is hacked? What to do?

I am not sure if my iPhone is hacked, but I cannot access any app, I can open the iPhone either by password or faceID but after that the screen is jammed on "Clock" app and it's not fully open, cannot swipe up to go to Home Screen, the Notification Center is there and it's full but can't access any thing from it, camera is. accessible through Lock Screen, same as the photos.

Is it hacked or is there any other problem with my iPhone, and what should I do?
