My iPhone 11 Pro is hacked? What to do?

I am not sure if my iPhone is hacked, but I cannot access any app, I can open the iPhone either by password or faceID but after that the screen is jammed on "Clock" app and it's not fully open, cannot swipe up to go to Home Screen, the Notification Center is there and it's full but can't access any thing from it, camera is. accessible through Lock Screen, same as the photos.

Is it hacked or is there any other problem with my iPhone, and what should I do?

(This is what I mean by "Clock app is not fully opened") -Sent via AirDrop-

Unless your phone has been jailbroken, you haven't been hacked. Try a forced restart

Try a forced restart.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

Thanks for your help it actually worked

I tried to make the "restart" thing be press and holding both the side button and the volume up at the same time, but got some alarm/siren sound several times.

But the instructions given were really helpful thank you.
