Brother HL-2270DW printer not working with Big Sur 11.4.
Any suggestions?

Have you contacted Brother, after all it is their product.
Click on the link below,

You will notice that macOS Big Sur is not listed as an option
this may mean that Brother has stopped support for the printer
in macOS Big Sur.
You could try downloading and installing the drivers for macOS Catalina 10.15
and see if that will get your printer running.
