Make Safari open with previous tabs

I am running macOS 11.4 on a M1 iMac. How do I get Safari to open with my previous tabs please. I have tried previous community suggestions but I seem to have a different version of Safari 14.1.1 and the options are different. Any suggestions please.

Safari > Preference > General > Safari opens with:

Click inside pop-up menu box and choose "All windows from last session"
