I am really facing problem because Microsoft Teams app of iPhone is not available on Mac’s App Store it would be really helpful if you provide it because now even after buying new Mac I am required to attend my college classes on my phone just because Teams is not available for M1 Mac’s . Thank You
You download the Teams app directly from Microsoft. I'm using the Teams app on my M1 Mac.

as HWTech suggests, use the Mac version, rather than trying to get the iPhone version to work for you.
Mac version of teams is paid and needs subscription of about 5000 INR per annum , are you using that one ?
I'm using our organization's license.
If Teams is required for school, then check with the school as you may be eligible to use their license while you are a student.
