Itunes

My mac is a 2020 mac 13" and I have downloaded big sur and I am on the 11.4 update. I am trying to download iTunes and nothing will let me download it because it says I don't have enough of a higher update. I need my iTunes to reset my phone because I am locked out which is also a problem because that never took my right password. Idk what to do in either of the situations but I can't do anything on my phone and I can't do anything on my mac.
