Unlock MacBook Pro with watch

I was able to unlock my MacBook Pro with Apple Watch series 6 until last week.

Now its saying watch needs to be signed into iCloud. Cant find where to signin to iCloud on my watch.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.4
