iphone x battery issues

My iPhone x when plugged to a charger jumps super fast to a certain percentage which is weird cause when unplugged, it drains really quick. Please what should I do?

I personally have tried draining the battery and charging it again to see if it’ll stop but still nothing yet. Also sometimes when it goes off and I plug it to a power, it starts from another percentage instead of 1%

iPhone X, iOS 14

Perhaps your battery is reaching (or has reached) the critical point of its life.

What is the maximum capacity percentage you can see going to Settings>Battery>Battery Health and tap there?

Or, make an appointment and have your device (+battery) inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector

After checking it out, they'll give you

all the available options.
