After resetting my password successfully I am still unable to access iCloud as I get the following error message:
Your Apple ID email address must be verified before you can sign in. Verify the address below or choose a different address to use as your Apple ID.
Once I enter my email address, I get this message:
This email address is not available. Choose a different address.
Any advice or thoughts here?

Have you been using this Apple ID email address for some period of time? Can you log into other places using your Apple ID without having the same problem?
I was able to log on to Apple Support, but not iCloud.
