Can't Access PayPal Website in Safari

So I have not been able to access the Paypal website in safari. I tried disabling ad blockers and clearing my browser with no luck. I freeze up at the 2FA page and just get stuck with a loading screen. Works perfectly fine in other browsers. Anyone have the issue and a solution? Thanks!

Go step by step and test.

It also does a basic check of your startup disk, similar to using First Aid in Disk Utility

And it deletes some system caches, including font caches and

the kernel cache, which are automatically created again as needed
