White does myQ doesn’t work on my watch? Always states that ‘loading device’.
For me MyQ is a garage door opener. It is an add-on device you mount in your garage. The MyQ base connects to the home WiFi and will send the garage door remote open/close codes to your existing garage door motors. There is a iPhone and an Apple Watch app. I've even opened and closed my garage doors from miles away from my Apple Watch 😀

I do not believe MyQ has a complication, just an Apple Watch app.
The best you can do is make it a Dock favorite, where the Dock is pressing the Oval Side button once, or positioning the MyQ a near the center of the "Grid View" so it is always visible when you press the Digital Crown to get the Grid View of apps displayed (assuming you use the Grid View and not the List View).

Did you ever find a solution to this? I have the same problem with other members of my family but mine works fine.
I haven’t tried recently. I’ve gotten used to bringing up the app on my watch. It works great. I can take my walks and use the app to get in and out.
I am not sure what MyQ is. I suggest you contact the app developer and let them know. Sometimes deleting the app and reinstalling it will help, but I am just guessing.
