I have been charged 14.99 for no purchase. It’s still pending So can’t do anything yet. Any idea how they can do this just take money from me?

Anyone else had this problem? And how did you get the money back . Fearful of it happening again thinking about coming out of iTunes and closing the account

It sounds like you have an unexpected charge on your account. You'll have to wait until the charge moves beyond pending. If this is a charge you do not recognize you can use the steps in the article below to report the transaction. You can also reach out to the Apple Support billing team to help investigate.
