Updating Data Across Multiple Sheets

I have a numbers document with one sheet where I enter multiple columns of raw data and another where I categorized that data by names. I want to be able to enter a new row with the raw data and then it appear on that second sheet in its corresponding category. Please let me know, thank you

You should also consider using the built-in Categories functionality.

You can arrange your data table by category with a click or two, without entering formulas.

If you are creating the categorized list with a formula, the nw data on the main table should be automatially placed in the correct category and position in the list by that formula. Your only intervention would be to ensure there were enough rows in the second table to accept all the data from the first table.
