Did you install drivers suggested by the operating system, or were drivers downloaded from printer manufacturer web sites?
Also, please confirm the operating system version.
How are the printers connected?
Have you tried resetting the printing system and re-adding the printers?

The Dell S5840cdn is mentioned in About AirPrint - Apple Support as a model supporting the driverless AirPrint technology, so you should not need drivers in this case, providing that the printer and the computer are connected to the same network (subnet).
