Ringtones purchased thru I tunes app no showing in ringtones

Ringtone bought thru App Store on phone specifically ring tone not song, no option when I go into ringtones to sync or use purchased tones - and they have been downloaded. No option to sync when doing it all on the phone. Do I have to plug into a laptop??! iPhone 7
