Music app: what happened to the total time of the selected songs

Until a few days ago (as I recall) when I had a playlist in "View as Songs" mode, if I highlighted 2 or more songs in any playlist, the bar at the bottom would show the total time of the selected songs. Now there is no bottom bar and this feature seems gone.

My version of Music is 1.1.5.74. I am not sure when it was last updated.

I don't see any option or preference to turn this back on. Does anyone know about this?
