Star appearing in the top right of the Lock Screen

as you can see in the screenshots attached, there is (what looks like) a cast icon and a star icon that appears on my lock screen. When I tilt my phone, the icons also shift up and down the top part of the Lock Screen with the movement.

The dog is Chico and he’d like it fixed.
