Iphone Ios 12 cannot bypass touch id on setup.

Hi, I was wonder of anyone knew a way to bypass touch id on iphone 6+ setup screen.

So I just updated iphone and resetted whole thing, and when I try to setup iphone, it says touch id fails but I cannot do anything about it since tapping “Set up touch ID Later” just freezes and you cant do anything about it, waiting will just restart steps, you can still press buttons on iphone but you will never go past setup touch id, just app freezes. I have tried restarting 2 times and no luck is there any way to bypass this issue? It used to be fine on Ios 11, I can just reset phone and press “Set up touch id later” and I can skip but now after updating ios 12, I regret it.

Note: (My touch id does not work, my home button does work)
