Earpods with cable worked till last Friday but it doesn't work from Monday. I can see 'external headphone' on input and output under system preferences > sound. Does anyone had the same issue? I can listen to sound without earpods and earpods works well with my iPhone.

Do you have any other headphones that you can use to test if the issue is with the headphone jack? Have you tried adjusting the volume when your headphones are connected?
