I'm having difficulties resetting my homepod mini after a power outage. I have remove it from homekit already, I do not have a mac with a usb-c. I do not have the original packing. I homepod mini remains orange no matter what i do ....I tried all the resetting options.

You can try to Reset HomePod - Apple Support but I suspect you might need to take into an Apple Store and see if they can reset it for you. How long have you had it? Is it still in warranty?
