Refund of a subscription service

hi, was wondering if anyone knew whether we can request a refund for an unwanted charge for Apple TV+ subscription?

I was also very confused as it said I had a free subscription that was supposed to last until Feb 2022? But I got charged the monthly one for $7.99AUD and would really like to know if could get a refund? (Bought a new iPhone recently which provided the free one year subscription)
