One Day I turned on my MacBook Air M1 And Gott To The Lock Screen but instead of logging inside my user account I turned it off using touch ID button and during the shut down for a 1 or 2 secs it flashes a pink screen which got me alerted I've searched the internet but with no help , what the heck is this issue?

With a "forced power down" which you did, anything can happen
depending on the exact state the machine was in at the time.
It is also not a recommended practice because of this fact and
while 95% of the time there will be no ill effects, if it happens
at some critical point files can get corrupted or worse the system
can get corrupted.
Oh okay , So it means there is nothing wrong with my Macbook Air M1 ? And Can you experiment the same with your own macbook air m1 and tell me if the same thing happens to yours also , it will clarify that it is just a random glitch and nothing else. Below are the steps which will certainly trigger the pink screen on your machine (Assumption)
Step 1 - Turn Off Your Machine
Step 2 - Turn on your machine and get to the lock screen (Where it asks you your user password)
Step 3 - Then turn of your machine using the 'Touch ID" button While simultaneously increasing and decreasing brightness using hot keys.
The Touch ID button has two functions. One is the Power Button and Two - Touch ID for the purposes explain in above linked document.
