why can't I submit my mobile payment method?

This resource tells you how to change your payment method: Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods


This resource tells you what to do if the payment method is declined: If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store


This resource tells you what to do if you are unable to edit payment information: If you can't open the App Store or iTunes Store, buy content, or edit payment information


If all fails and you are still unable to update your payment information you may need to contact Apple Support to speak with the billing team.
