My card keeps being declined and i’m not sure why

hi! i recently got my iphone 8+ fixed and i’m trying to set it up but i keep getting told that my card/billing info is being declined and that i would need to update it. however, that is my only bank card that i use for all purchases so i’m not sure how exactly to go about this

Check directly with your financial provider, and confirm that your card’s billing information including its associated country or region matches what Apple has been provided for address information, and that the card’s issuer info matches the country or region established for your Apple ID.
