A problem with my purchases

I have a new apple id but theres a problem i can’t update my apps and download even free apps there’s a message keep popping i have to update payment and u have to fix it because that’s means that I can’t use any apps on my phone they need update and I can’t even update and for u to know that I don’t have on my account any payment methods help me asap that has been going on for days and there’s no way to get rid of it and I can’t f use my phoneee here’s some proofs of the problem i am facing now shame on you apple
